Cancellation Policy
Appointments for consultations are available for booking at any time, although they are exclusively conducted on Sundays from 12pm to 5pm. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, while cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
